Creative Ways to Support The Grand

Free Tickets for Tacoma Students and Tacoma Residents with EBT/Quest cards!

The Grand Cinema is pleased to participate in a pilot program funded by Tacoma Creates.

Students and EBT/Quest card holders living within Tacoma city limits may now attend most* public showings at The Grand Cinema.

How do I get a free ticket?
Show your current student ID or Quest card, along with your ID or other proof of Tacoma address, at the box office when you arrive for your selected film - that's it!

- Tickets are available at the box office only on the day of desired public screening.
- Online or advance tickets are not available through this program.
- Limited to one ticket per person per day.
- Limited tickets for each show are available for the program. When the tickets are gone, they are gone.

Who is eligible?
Any student of any age currently attending a Tacoma public or private school, 2 or 4 year college, or technical training school is eligible for individual entry as long as the student lives within Tacoma city limits. Current Quest Card holders show the card for an individual entry. You must live within Tacoma city limits to access this program.

Program subject to change at any time.

*Special events and select films may be excluded from this program or free admission may be delayed for the first few weeks of a film's run (typically, these are large studio films that limit free passes.) If you want to check film eligibility for free tickets through this program, please give our box office a call at 253-593-4474.
